Q.Do you deliver to my part of Arlington?

Yes — we deliver all across Arlington, from the Entertainment District and UTA area to the neighborhoods along Cooper Street, Division Street, Matlock Road, and the I-20 corridor. Delivery is free within 10 miles; a small travel fee applies beyond that.

Q.How far in advance should I book?

For summer weekends, book 2-3 weeks ahead — our water slides go fast in Arlington. For off-season dates, a few days' notice is usually plenty. It never hurts to ask about last-minute availability.

Q.Can you set up at an Arlington park?

Yes — River Legacy Park and neighborhood parks are great for bigger events. Just know most parks don't have electricity, so you'll need to provide a generator. Parks are first come, first serve, so grab your spot early in the day.

Q.What do I need to provide for setup?

Each inflatable needs one standard 110V outlet within about 100 feet — we bring the blowers and heavy-duty extension cords. If your location has no power, you'll need to provide a generator. Grass is ideal since we stake the units down, but we can also set up on concrete and other flat surfaces.

Q.How do deposits and cancellations work?

A 25% deposit reserves your date. Cancellations 8 or more days out get a full refund — cancellations within 2-7 days receive a one-year rain check.
