Southlake's Local Party Rental Company

Planning a party in Southlake? WilCo Event Rentals delivers water slides, bounce houses, obstacle courses, concession machines, tables and chairs, tents, and backyard games all across Southlake - from the TX-114 corridor and Southlake Town Square over to the Carroll ISD neighborhoods, the streets along Southlake Boulevard, and the area around Bob Jones Nature Center. Our water slide rentals are the most popular choice for Southlake birthdays and summer parties, with options from 16-foot slides up to our 20-foot Blue Paradise. Pair a slide with a bounce house combo, add a snow cone or popcorn machine, and you've got a full backyard party without leaving your driveway. For bigger crowds, the 68-foot obstacle course is a field-day favorite, and a margarita machine keeps the adults happy. We also handle school field days, church events, corporate gatherings, graduations, and neighborhood block parties throughout Southlake and nearby cities like Grapevine, Colleyville, Keller, Westlake, and Trophy Club.

What sets WilCo apart from other Southlake party rental companies? We're owner-operated - the person who answers the phone is the person who delivers and sets up your rentals. Every inflatable is cleaned and sanitized before each rental, we arrive on time, and we walk you through the safety basics before we leave. One call, one delivery, one setup crew. Q.Do you deliver to my part of Southlake?

Yes — we deliver all across Southlake, from Southlake Town Square and the TX-114 corridor to the Carroll ISD neighborhoods, Southlake Boulevard, and the area around Bob Jones Nature Center. Delivery is free within 10 miles; a small travel fee applies beyond that.

Q.How far in advance should I book?

For summer weekends, book 2-3 weeks ahead — our water slides go fast in Southlake. For off-season dates, a few days' notice is usually plenty. It never hurts to ask about last-minute availability.

Q.Can you set up at a Southlake park?

Yes — Bicentennial Park and Bob Jones Park are popular for bigger events. Just know most parks don't have electricity, so you'll need to provide a generator. Parks are first come, first serve, so grab your spot early in the day.

Q.What do I need to provide for setup?

Each inflatable needs one standard 110V outlet within about 100 feet — we bring the blowers and heavy-duty extension cords. If your location has no power, you'll need to provide a generator. Grass is ideal since we stake the units down, but we can also set up on concrete and other flat surfaces.

Q.How do deposits and cancellations work?

A 25% deposit reserves your date. Cancellations 8 or more days out get a full refund — cancellations within 2-7 days receive a one-year rain check.
